Ibiza is a place of contrasts — quiet countryside mornings, sun-washed beaches, and vibrant evenings by the sea. We invite you to turn this celebration into a gentle escape and experience the magic of the island at your own pace.

You are welcome to arrive on Thursday or Friday morning, and we encourage you to stay until late Sunday afternoon, allowing time to settle into the rhythm of the weekend.

For those traveling from the Netherlands:

• There are direct flights from Amsterdam, Eindhoven and Rotterdam to Ibiza on Thursday afternoon with Transavia.

• On Friday, you can choose between very early direct flights with Transavia, or slightly later indirect options with Vueling. There is also a direct Transavia flight from Rotterdam. If you travel on Friday morning from Rotterdam and go straight from the airport to the lunch location, you will still be able to join us.

• On Sunday, there are direct flights with both Transavia and KLM. We recommend taking either the KLM flight or the later Transavia option, so you can join us for a relaxed afternoon of unwinding, comfort food and soothing cocktails at our finca before departure.

Kindly let our wedding planner know in advance via wedding@paulenrose.nl if you plan to arrive on Friday and please let her know your return flight so we know till what time you will be there on Sunday.

STAY

Where you stay shapes the rhythm of your weekend — from slow mornings to soft evenings under the Ibizan sky. Whether you choose to join us at the heart of the celebration or find your own peaceful corner on the island, we hope your stay feels effortless, warm, and entirely your own.

For those who are not (part-time) Ibiza residents, we have reserved rooms at Hotel Riomar, where many of our guests will be staying. To arrange your stay, please contact the wedding planner at wedding@paulenrose.nl.

TRANSPORTATION

Getting around Ibiza is part of the experience — winding roads, sunlit drives, and moments in between. We’ve arranged transportation for the key moments of the weekend, so you can relax and simply enjoy the journey, wherever it may take you

Transportation will be arranged from the group hotel (Hotel Riomar) to the different La Vida Bonita Weekend’s locations and back.

Please note that transportation to and from the airport is not included. Taxis are readily available upon arrival, or can be arranged via Taxi Ibiza (+34 971 33 33 33). Uber is also active on the island.

If you would like the freedom to explore more of Ibiza, we recommend renting a car. All major rental companies are available at the airport; we personally prefer Motoluis, which typically allows you to avoid queues. Reserving in advance is advisable.

For those residing or staying elsewhere on the island, you are of course free to arrive by taxi or car. After the ceremony at Iglesia Sant Llorenç de Balàfia, transportation will be arranged to our finca, and a shuttle service will run throughout the evening to bring you back. Alternatively, you may drive directly to the finca, where parking will be available nearby. Further details will follow.
